No service

Very disappointed in the after sales service of LG. My complaint register is RNA110729050500 on 29/07 but no one responded. Again called the customer care and got one more registrations done and the number was RNA110801069378... Till now nobody responded to both complaints... Now very sad that I bought this product and bough AMC for 5 years too...
