I have registered the complain last month for the LG customer care. One of the executive was attended. They diagnosis the machine incomplete they told some electronic spare is fault. Need four working days to get the spare in LG company. They taking more than 10days no response from the LG customer care. Again we call the customer care asking we already complain the washing machine is repair. They asking the mobile no and name. She told the complain was closed. we taken the new complain for today. After one week the executive is asking the address the diagnosis the machine they told this is not electronic spare is fault. Rat will damaged the tube. They are wasting my gold days for one month.
