People who sit in you call centre can be so useless as to not service my A/C even once week after I placed a request for the A/C service. My initial request number given by your CSR was C1060113706. He took my address and phone number and asked if it is in the name of Sambandham. I said no, the name is Madhu Kumar. He said someone will come within 24 hrs. When nobody turned up, I called again, they asked for the request number, then repeated the same story. Nobody turned up and I called a third time. Nobody came. When I called today, the CSR says he needs to register a new complaint. Now the new number is C1060705899. I have no idea what you people are doing after taking money saying AMC. Earlier, while under AMC, you used call up and fix the appointment and come for service. If you continue like this, I will never again think of buying another LG product.
