No Response Of Compalints-Matter of Concern

Dear Concern

I had given a complaint regarding my LG window a/c model no LWA5FW1DD1 on 15/03/10 for which I was given a complaint no C1031420769, as communicated by customer care executive LG technician was to visit my place in next 24 hrs but till 19/03/10 no technecian from LG visited my place or called me regarding the complaint given infact on 19/03/10 I received a SMS from LG stating that (Dear Customer we thank u for giving us an oppertunity to service your window A/c, if you are dissatisfied pls send 1 & if satisfied pls send 2), immediately after receiving ths message from LG I once again called the customer care no 39010909 where my call was received by customer care executive Mr Keshav & I told him about the complaint given earlier & response which was received from LG.

Once again on 19/03/10 customer care executive Mr Keshav gave me a fresh complaint no C1031933186 for my complain given earlier i.e. on 15/03/10, as per Mr Keshav LG enginer Mr Datta Prasad Bhagwat was supposed to visit my place to resolve my complain on 20/03/10 at 12 pm, but till date neither have I received any call from LG technical team or they have visited my place.

Today i.e. on 21/03/10 once again I received a call from LG Mumbai from a landline no (02240799999) asking me to provide feedback on service given by LG enginer for my complaint.

After giving regular complaints to LG team, service team from LG has failed to provide service but infact they have closed my complaints without even visiting my place.
