I have raised a compliment regarding the window AC cooling problem. but its still pending
My first complained raised on date 29-04 and Job No. RNA110429077557
Engineer visited to our location after 2-3 days and a lot of follow up through customer care, checked the AC and says there is a problem with the capacitor and need to be replaced. after that there is no response from the customer care/ service center
We did some more complained in the service center and mail also to [email protected] but no action taken. then after 16 days i got the call for collect the ac for repairing. the transport person collect the AC on the date 16-05 and provided the job sheet with job number mention RNA110429077557
and the service center also mention which is (IDEAL Services). Now today 20-05, i have make a call to IDEAL services for the information about repair but the are saying that we don't have any contract with the LG so dont call here and provide some alternate number. I have called those number but no body picked the phone. Then i have called to customer care service and they again provide the number of ideal services.
I don't what is going and which type of service LG provide. Its really frustrating for me.
