I PURCHASED A ONE TON WINOW AC FROM HANS PLAZA, SECTOR 4 VAISAHALI GZB.(ON 260OFJUNE .2012 FROM THE VERY DAY IT WAS INSTALLED, I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH COOLING OF THE AC. SO I CALLED TO HANS PLAZA AS WELL AS TO VOLTAS COSTOMER CARE. THRICE IN WEEK TIIME FROM THE DATE OF PURCHING, EVERY TIME I GAVE THE REMARKS THAT I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE COOLING. OTHER THAN THIS AC, I HAVE P-URCHASED THREE LG AC FROM 1998 TO 2002 .TILL NOW ALL ARE WORKING SATISFACTORY. LAST TIME I PUCHASE A LG AC FOR THAT I WAS NOT SATISFIED, The COMPANY REFUNDED THE MONEY AFTER THREE. BEACAUSE I AM HAVING A HIGH QUALITY OPINION FORTHE VOTAS COPMPANY ALSO. THAT IS WHY THIS TIME, THIS TIME I PURCHASED VOLTAS WINDOW AC ON 20 JUNE. BUT THIS TIME TOO I AM NOT SAISFIED. WITH THIS AC. TECHN ICIAN HAVE BEEN CALLED SO MANY TIMES, BUT IT IS NOT GIVING ME COOLING AS COMPARED TO OTHER INSTALLED IN MY OTHER HOUSE IT IS REQUESTED TO KINDLY SEND SOM SR. ENGINEER TO CHECK WHERE IS THE AC. PLEASE D0 ME THE FAVOUR SINCE TO GIVE THE PROPER COOLING, SINCE I HAVE VERY HIGH OPINION OF YOUR COMPANY. I WOULD BE HIGHLY OBLIGED. AND QUITE SURE THAT YOU WILL NOT DISAPOINT ME BEING A SR. CITRIZEN AND RETIRED LADY
