Sending the other product instead of said once

I am mailing from hyderabad and this book club is totally fraud company because i have ordered 26' samsung LCD by purchase made of 17699 as an offer but the actual price of that is around 27000 but instead of 26' they have sended 22' LCD of samsung and the actual cost of that is 13500 and by this i can say and i make a humble request to every one to go through every details and if possible try to avoid this type of advertisements
