Poor quality and extremely poor service

I recently bought split AC's for my residence at kandivali east, lokhandwala.., mumbai ..its been a terrible experience so far.. the quality is pathetic..the after sales services are extremely lousy ..poor technicians have no knowledge ..do a lot of experiment ..my entire colouring work done in my new apartment went fr a toss... its been a nightmare dealing with this unprofessional bunch... be careful...
