No cooling

Dear sir., i had purchesed 1.5 ton ac from aarasuri electronics. from day 1 ac is not cooling prorly .after making various phone calls they took the acand repaired if but after a week it stopped cooling .i am just feeling so bad nobady is ready listen my complaintes. so dear sir please accsept my requset and repair my ac. dear sir my name shaileshbhai panchal and thats not my email id so ihave sending other email id sending message
