Msg. show insert sim

Dear Sir,

I have 6600 nokia set.it show massage insert sim.one more problem of that handset is its cabinate i have to change but customer care (Aurangabad) say

mfg of this model is stop so we can't change its cabinate.

Please solve my problem .i have already submitted the above handset to nokia care .complaint details are given below,
