Sir,
I have purchased Split AC of LG which unfortunately is not working properly from the first day. Even on lots of complaint made to the distributor as well as the service centre customer care the problem has not been rectified and the distributor is not accepting that the equipment is faulty. The item is in its warranty period and the company service manager is also not ready to help and i am left with no options either buy a new AC or complain in the consumer court.
I have my proofs ready with me.
Kindly help me with justice.
