My ac got screwed up on 15/9
complaint lodged 16/9
the guy comes in 17 th september says fan not working
numerous phone call the repair guy of LG says part not available will come only when part available.
today 23rd september numerous phone calls, they say they will call back to respond to my complaint. They never actually did.
their call centers do not do anything other than writing complaints and reviewing them online. They actually dont know anything and they do not have contacts higher up. they can not pursue the complaint and they never call back to customers. In all they dont care they are only paid to write what customer says and read what shows them on computer.
very poor show of lg electronics. can u believe it no parts available!!!
the company is going bottoms i guess.
please help.
