Electricity Crisis and the havoc

Sir in My Area chandrodaya Nagar, Devpur, para electricity is been the main issue since two months..

Low /Fluctuating voltage is always been the trouble.. and the frequent power Loss is making things go worse these summers..

We cant charge our phone (frequent power cut) cant operate computers & tv (fuctuating voltage) etc cant start Motor to fill water in tanks (low voltage).

We understand the electricity crisis.. Well as we all know 40% of electricity is being theft/stolen so why not take major steps against the people involved in such acts?
