Luminous inverter battery
Product is not giving service as per capacity

I was purchase Luminous Inverter with tubler battery on 15/04 from NEELKANTH POWER SOLUTION, New Patel Nagar, Delhi & that time battery is on replacement guaranty basis, now battery is not giving proper back up. I've try to contact NEELKANTH but all the no. are not working which is given on cash memo. So I'm requesting to you please do the needfull.
