I bought luminous inverter 800va from yashtech power solutions 261 pocket f L I G flat Dilshad garden on 5th sept 2110.It is still under warranty, it has starting malfuntioning as for last four days it is not giving electric output. I contacted customer care and lodged a complaint. for last four days I have been constantly contacting them but till today ie on 4th aug they have not turned up. At the time of selling there product they promise heavens but after selling it they turn blind eye on every complain. Even after spending our hard earned money on product and for its AMC luminous company never give the services they promise. I think they must be sued for the mental agony of customer and the worst products they sell.
