Dear sir,
I had purchased a luminous inverter in 2007. After three years of its service, i got its two batteries renewed. The new batteries provided no backup and was stated as "faulty" by your service engineer. Your company then decided to replace the batteries. The service engineers picked the faulty batteries from my residence and provided "standby batteries" for the time being. I am very annoyed to state that despite of numerous calls been made to your service centre via phone calls for the last 30 days, no response has been noticed. The customer care executives pay no attention to my complaints.
Thus, I urge you to kindly take immediate steps to terminate the inconvenience caused, failure of which would compel me to move to the the consumer court.
