Mr;A V.Kumar, Mr Jogendra Paul, Mr Dattatreya about VCB and Transformer Problem. Till date nobody from Kirloskar even bothered to find out whether it was set right or not. We have found one bad experience with your company is that your guys are not answering to us (They Know our phone numbers) Your senior persons behave like that it is very bad, We must think in future about keeping relation with your company and product. What responsibility does this company have on their products. Are they interested only in Sales and not after sales service? This costs nothing less than Rs. 10.00 lakhs. We have enclosed here written coplaint posted on 27/09

Dear Sir,
We have purchased 11/0.433kV, 800KVA Transformer (PO.NO TE/KEC/1033-10 Dt-14/10 and your invoice no-1016000743 26/02/10
11kV, 630V, 18.4kA, Indoor Single Panel switchboard (VCB) (PO NoTE/KEC/1036-10 dated 14-10 and your Invoice No.10100000294 Dt 30-11)
are from your company. which are being installed and commissioned, but VCB and Buchloz relay are not working properly. Our supervisor Mr. Baban Singh discussed with your technical person Mr. Dattatreya and Mr Udaygiri, We received Buchloz relay today itself. When we received the Transformer at site Transformer oil was very less in the Transformer, We have filled about 250litre Tr oil at our own cost. Your Technician Mr. Soham visited at site and check the VCB, but he couldnot solved the problem. As per Mr;Udaygiri’s instruction the Earth fault relay should be replaced (MC61A) Kindly be replace immediately since the commissioning is held up because the same.
We have informed all the problems to your people, but nobody responding and they are not attending our phone calls also. Kindly look into the matter and take serious action send your technical person immediately.
