Madam, I am using Maharaja Food Processer. Regarding its spare parts I have contacted 20 times to your service centre at Jodhpur i.e.M/s Saraswati Agencies, B road, Jodhpur, but the agency has not given the spares after assurance. i have following grievance in this regard-
1. Every time the agency has replied that material availability is not possible since company is not supplying the spares & insisting unnecessarily for road permit.
2. Agency’s behaviour is very abnormal. It looks that they have no bothered about our problem since they are engaged with other companies service business also.
3. The rates of few available spares are quite high. Whether is there any arrangement to verify the company’s spares parts rates?
It is therefore requested you to look in to the matter to maintain the goodwill of your such a reputed company please.
