Not giving Original BILL

I buyied few electrical appliances from Maharashtra Electricals Agency in NANDED

wherein the shop-keeper refused to give me ORIGINAL BILLS.I have the estimate bill that

he gave to me & tha same was paid by me.

Kindly look into the matter as there are many more shop keepers in NANDED who don't give ORIGINAL BILLS on demand.
