I purchased A07-16 washing machine three years ago. All was well but suddenly the drum broke. Apparently inside as well as outside drum is broken. The replacement charges are close to rs 15, 000. I just wanted to find out the cost and did some search and realised that many people have had this problem with the same machine in 3 years. Shouldn't company do something about it? 15, 000/- is a huge amount. We buy expensive machine to last them for many years. What is the point in spending half of purchasing amount to fix the machine in 3 years.
