Egarding selling of second hand hand phones as brand new phones

Dear sir,

this is shreenath, from bangalore, i have purchased a new samsung dual guru26 mobile phone from maxtel mobile showroom at batarayanapura, i thought that it is a new phone, but after coming home and switching it on i noticed that the key pad had dent marks and colour was lost on some keys

and the head phones wire was skinned out..

and i had purchased this cell phone today at 8.40 pm..

please tell me what to do..

and i suggest every one like not to buy cell phones from maxtel.. because they sell used second hand cell phones and cheat the customers..

they sell a second had phone for the price of new phone.. that too they provide the bill also..
