I have purchased MAXX mobile on dated 09-01-11 from wardha. This mobile is in under warranty period. I am facing charging problem of this mobile. I went to your authorized service centre to Wardha but he arrogantly refused my problem & given some non-sense answered to me. He told us some charges Rs. 150 for repairing of the mobile.

Sir, my objective of discuss above matter because customer service is the best way to reach at customer satisfaction & for your business too. I am working in reputed company in Wardha over 3000 employees are working in my esteemed organisation.150 Rs is not big matter for me Or any kind of customer but the way of service giving to the customer should be the best that will decide your company growth. Authorised service centre of Wardha providing wrong practices of handling the customer. This behaviour with the customer will be directly affected your business. It is very serious matter for your company in future prospectus requested to you kindly to take necessary action against such service centre & provide appropriate service to the customer.
