This is AJIT SHAH. I have Given my Maxx (max 316) handset to your MB care ltd. for repairing. It was under the Warranty. from MB Care Mr. MAHESH told me that company will replace the handset because it is dead. my handset was touch screen but Mr. Jayesh (working with Maxx Mobile) told me that he will not give me same handset so he promise to give me Max 475 last by 19th june. i have given my handset 1st on 9th april. & again on 27th april. but nothing happened in this.

i request you to take the matter & give me solution for this.
