I HAD PURCHASED MX525 HANDSET ON 6/8/10.FROM MAY A PROBLEM OF ''AUTO SWITCH OFF & READING OF SIM CARD'' HAD OCCURED. I WAS BEING TOLD TO CHANGE MY BATTERY, I HAD PURCHASED A NEW BATTERY FROM THE AUTHO. SERVICE CENTRE BUT THE PROBLEM CONSTANTLY REPEATED. IN THE DURATION OF 2 MONTHS, MY HANDSET WAS RETURNED TO ME SIX TIME { SAYING THAT ITS OK} BUT WITH IN 2-3 DAYS THE PROBLEM GETS REPEATED. I M TIRED OF GOING TO THE SERVICE CENTRE IN REGULAR INTERWALS. CURRENTLY IT IS IN THE SERVICE CENTRE. KINDLY ADVICE THE SERVICE ENGINEER TO DO GOOD QUALITY OF SERVICE OR REPLACE MY HANDSET INTO A NEW ONE.
