When I called my sister's mobile yesterday, the call was attended by a mannerless woman who claimed to be an employee of Airtel. She told be in a rude way that Airtel has blocked my sister's prepaid number as her husband did not pay his postpaid number bills. The call ended there. The next day after paying the bill when I called the number, the same woman picked up the call and when I asked her to release my sister's number, she started with foul language that we have never ever heard before. When I told her that I wanted to complain, she said I could do whatever I want and was constantly using bad language provoking me. I spent the entire day calling up Airtel and complaining about her misbehavior to people calling my sister's number. The issue is still pending and we do not have any answer yet. First of all, how could airtel authorize their employees to use their customer's number? Attend the calls? What an act of unprofessionalism. I wanted to create an awareness as to what kind of people are being employed by such big companies. These companies that are making so much money out of us owe us good customer support/service and need to chuck out these kind of employees.
