Sir/Madam,
Mostly humbly i would like to bring into your notice that I have purchased one chimney from M/s Megha Kitchen & Home appliance (P) Ltd on dated 04/11/08 vide bill no 1617-08-09 dated 05th Nov after the visit of Shri S B Singh the company representative. The company had assured of timely service and as per their suggestion the installation was done.
After the purchase the service mechanic visited only twice in two year and after that their was no visit from the service personnel. Inspite so many phone calls and my personnel visit to the above mentioned shop in Vaishali (Ghaziabad) no body turned up. Today after 20 day of my complaint one service engineer visited and had asked for the AMC before the check up of the chimney. He demanded Rs 1250/- towards the AMC and later he told that the part which is required is not available in the stock and it will be available only after 2 days.
I have one simple question to askl
1.`Should i go for AMC of Rs 1250/- which gurantee of service as done in the last two years.
2. Should i get it repaired on one service and pay him Rs 450/- and pay him on each service.
If such the standard of the service part of dealer i should have opted for some other local brand. I have purchased the product only due the brand name of Glen. The product quality and service was the attraction. The advice given by Mr S B Singh was totally wrong and he had misguided me in the installation of the Chimney such because he wanted to sell the product at any cost. I am feeling that i was cheated by M/s Megha Kitchen & Home Appliance (P) Ltd.
