False information

I am new to this state and i wanted to buy a local sim of this state. one person of POORVIKA mobile shop told me that they can give me a new sim on the basis of my local address proof. I got the sim but then after one week they barred my calls stating that i have to submit local address proof which they would have told me in the starting only but because of their false information I'm facing this problem. I dont know anyone here. Kindly help
