The Camera Resolution imprinted on the Mobile packing for Melbon mobiles H2I is 2 MP but the Image size available on phone is 640 x 480 pixels, which is 0.3 MP and NOT of 2 Mega pixels.
The other problems are:
* GPRS Settings
* Bluetooth
* No PC Suit for Phone backup - it’s much required due to the frequent visits to Service centre.
* Bad in-effective Customer Service.
