I had purchased Fly DS 210 mobile handset from big bazaar at city centre, mumbai central on 06 Feb. The set worked properly for two months, but after that it started giving trouble
1. There was No sound output from the speakers i.e. there was no ringing
2. The set was not getting charged through the adapter supplied it was getting charged only through USB port from a computer
Finally I have taken the mobile to FLY's authorised service centre Accel Frontline Service Limited, Tardeo, Mumbai for repairing as it was under warranty on 03 Jun. Now even after passage of more than One month the mobile has not been repaired. After repeated calls, the service centre has informed that the required spare parts are not being supplied by the company and has in turn told me to approach the company directly to arrange for the spare parts!
Please help in getting the said mobile repaired or replaced with a new one.
