I purchased a merlin 123 three months back and it worked well. Now its faults are surfaced, the blades are nor working properly. To replace the blades i wanted to contact the customer care several time but no body is responding to my several call. It is disgusting and i feel cheated by the TVC sky Shop As the product cover warranty to rectify the error.
