Not got my mobile back

Hello sir,

i had given my micromax q7 mobile for repair... it had some problem so the service center manager promised me to return back my mobile within 15 days saying that my mobile has been sent to head office.. its already been some 60 days still i have not got my mobile back...!!

please help
