HEN I PURCHASE NEW PHONE, AFTER 10DAYS IS NETWORKING PROPERLY .I VISIT URS NEAR MICROMAX AUTH SERVICE CETRE IN BHAJNAPURA DELHI NAMED SAMEER TELECOM (C-28/2, MAIN THANA ROAD, NEAR AGGARWAL SWEET CORNER, [email protected] (9990222653, 926888872). WHEN THE TIME MY PHONE IS WORKING ONLY MY TRACK BALL HAVE SOME PROBLEM.AFTER THAT THE OPERATION OF MY MOBILE I FOUND THAT MY PHONE IS NOTWORKING AND DAD THEY GETTING RESTART AUTOMATICALLY.AND URS executive SAYS ME THAT UR PHONE HAVE MANUFACTURE FAULT AND URS KEYPAD MANUFACTURE FAULT/CUT AND SAYS PHONE NEED SOME TIME FOR SET KEYPAD MEANS (FOR-SET). AND THEY PREFERRED ME FOR UR PATEL NAGAR BRANCH.BUT I FOUND THAT ON UR PATEL NAGAR BRANCH IS CLOSED AND TELL ME WHATS I DO? OTHERWISEE I GAVE UR COMPLIMENT IN Consumer Court. I would like to request the replacement or repair of this phone under warranty.
