i complaint many times on the customer care of micromax 01244811000. they register my complaint but no response.

my data card is in under warrenty

its details are:

IMEI: 359755025313962

my data card is not working

the complaint number given by customer care executive is

MMX9112010T1

plz help me regarding this issue
