Respted sir,

My name is shradha nath i am a student of mcm-2. I am leaving in nagpur.

On 28 august i purchesed one micromax Q7 mobile phone of rupees 4700/- it is an dual-sim phone from R-WORLD MOBILE SHOP, MODI NO3 SITABUILDI NAGPUR, MAHARASHTRA.But after few days my set gives me lots of problem like HANGING, BOTH SIM ARE NOT WORKING PROPERLY, IT GET HANG.

At that time i concerned to service center of micromax UNIQUE MOBILE they says we will repair your mobile very soon but when i again received from them its still not working prorerly again i concerned to servicecenter now that was my 4th time i m going to service center.i came to the shop where i purchesed my phone he said that u take one DIO LETTER from unique service center i will exchange that set.but the service center owner Mr. SAGAR are not giving me that dio letter.so please kindly help me for exchange of my mobile.last month my set is send to the micromax company.they give my set after one month but still its not working.

please help me and give me solution or do any leagal action against micromax ltd.
