Problem in Handset

Dear consumer Service Manager,

I have given my Micromax Q5 Dual sim, mobile to the service center in,

Thane (Maxcom).

I got problem in sim1, my sim1 doesn't work. They said we have to sent it to micromax sevice centre. It will take a 25 days to Repair. After 25 days when i went to collect my mobile. They said it will take 10 days more.whn i went after 10 days. They said same it will take 10 days more. Or will will know u.

i have been summited my mobile on 17-01 still i didn't get.

Please respond promptly.
