i purchased q3 phone in july 10 from univercell dabagardens (visakhapatnam) and since then it was hardly operational. First defect came in Aug 10 and the defect is keypad not operational, i submitted my cellphone in your sevice centre and they returned me after 20 days approximately. Hardly after 7 days same problem occured and again i contacted the service centre and it took more than a month to solve the defect and same problem occuring is again and again.as of now my cell ph. is non operational with the same problem and the service centre is not able to solve the problem.
If any defective product was sold by the firm than its responsibilty to replace with new one since it was hardly operational for two months and iam really frustated by the services of the service centre
The record of the job order is as follows :
8795, 9016, 11186 of aruncell care (micromax service point) of visakhapatnam
the service centre doesn't know what to do if any defective product was sold by your firm what should be done.
it is my humble request to look in this matter since i have been running around the service centre nearly 6 months to get my cell operational
