I am Raymond Arokiyadass... I would like to share my most horrible experience with Micromax, I bought 2 Micromax mobiles Q2 model, within 3 month it became faulty, it kept switching off and finally got dead when I approached the service center they didint give a proper responses.. anyhow i gave my mobile for a service at before a month but still they didnt repair tat.. They are blaming HEAD OFFICE... pls tell for this irresponsible service to whom i ve to contact..
