FAULTY MOBILE HANDSET

I purchased a Micromax Q7 in August. Since January the phone set is nt working and had been given to their service center repeatedly but still the fault remains. they keep it for a month or above & give an assurance of perfect repair but no execution of the word given to us.

We were told to even get our phone battery replaced saying that its faulty for which we paid Rs 250/- though the phone is in warranty. The service center keeps it for month to repair it comes to us & again needs to be send back to the center.

I would request you to replace the set with new set as there is some manufacturing defect in the set I bought, which your engineers are also not able to detect.

We have made innumerable visits but are told phone is in factory for repair.

I have also made two visits to the Lajpat Nagar service center regarding the status of my phone & the answer is phone is still in the factory. I have been provided with a number of some senior Manager but even on repeated calling he is not picking up the phone.
