Not getting charging

I buought a micromax mobile battery form a shopkeeper his shop is located in sec-45 burail chandigarh. but when i check the batter it didn't chage it show fully chage but after few minutes it show batter low. when i told to shopkeeper regarding this he refused to take any responsibility
