I have purchased micromax mobile phone on 06-05-10 from M/s Venkata Satya agencies, Kakinada. It isnot working properly since 20-06-10. I am regularly going to service centre but he not bothering this problem. I told the dealer about the same and he said that i will talk to company.
Now i don't have any cell phone due to which i am suffering a lot. Kindly pls provide good service immediately& a new set. Otherwise i will go to consumer court.
Note: In kakinada service people was to lazy to work this is not good for your company.
