My name is Goarav Khandelwal and number is 9952963032.

I am trying to call the Micromax Service center for the past one day but the it is linking my call to the prerecorder service and it specifies that &-quot; The office hour is between 10 am to 6 pm, so please call in this time'.

i am calling tis number from the past 2 hours today i.e from 10 am but still the same problem is occuring.

i want strict action to be take on this.
