I have purchased a Micromax mobile Gravity (X2) in the month of October but it stop working in the month of may. I contacted customer care for resolution of issue and handed over the mobile to them thrice (3 times) in two month (Jul to Aug) and they have send the mobile to their upper department but the issue has not been resolved till date. It is still not working. I am requesting the honor of consumer court to please provide new handset to me, so that faith of consumer will remain in consumer court.
