Please note that i had purchased a Micromax Mobile (Triple Sim 2GSM 1CDMA) in the month of Dec.
A few days ago i noticed that one SIM (GSM) is not working... when i approached your repair centre they told me that it is due to water and we can not repair it in warranty. In this regard i have to say that it is a standard reply of each and every repair centre of micromax and they say it all the time to all the customers... i have this experience in past also... it it a deliberate response to extort money from the customer. I am dead sure this is not a technical fault caused by the water. It is worthwihile that other 2 SIMs are working properly. Kindly look in to the matter at earliest and do the needful.
