I have purchased a micromax g4 mobile handset at my home town which after few days of use started facing problems regarding network failure, voice clarity. My mobile is still in warranty period so I took my phone to the service centre in my city "NAGPUR" for further assistance on 05/02. They took my phone and registered my complaint and gave me the complaint number which is "8938". But now it is almost two months since I have given my phone to the company's service centre but till now I have not got my phone. Everytime when I visit the service center, they say that the handset has been sent to the company for repairing. So requesting you to do the needful ASAP otherwise I will have to go to the consumer forum.
