Micro max mobile Q2
Eceived DOA but not replacement

I (D.Sadhu) have purchased Micromax mobile Q2 with IMEI no 910040044436512 from SUN ELECTRONICS, Laxmiganj Bazar, Chandannagar, West Bengal on 5.6.2010. Due to malfunctioning I approached nearby service centre. Since the set could not be repaired they issued DOA certificate no. 715008 dt. 20.11.2010 for replacement of new mobile set.

I approached M/S Sun electronics as per instruction and deposited the documents. They told me to come after three weeks. However to my surprise when I visited the shop after one month I was told that the set could not be replaced and they offered me token money for that Which was refused by me for obvious reason.

In this situation may I request you to give necessary instruction to me so that I can get the replacement.
