MICROMAX MOBILE Q5C BLACK
Phone Speaker not properly working

Dear Sir/Madam,

Last week, I have purchased Micromax Mobile Q5C from a website Infibeam.com (order no. 7965963). For last 3 days I am facing problems with the speaker of the phone. The speaker some times not working. To rectify the problem temporarily I switch it off and then switch it on.

You are requested to kindly look into the matter seriously and suggest a solution for my problem. Can the product be replaced?
