As i have purchased a micromax Q3 handset on 18/10/10 from Shri krishna Communications (at vikas bajar mathura) but after a week it's track ball was not functioning properly than i contact dealer for replacement he told me to contact service center for replacement but at service center he said replacement is a very long procedure of two or three months as i was in need of mobile so i said him to repair it and he did that n gave me.
Now, it's track ball again not working properly so i contact service center for repairing but he refuges to repair it as he said during the time of first repairing he stick a slip at the back of mobile and it was not there so he refuses to repair it.but i remember very well he didn't stick any slip at the back. Now I want it to be repaired as i got warranty of 1 year during the purchasing of mobile.
