Complaint for handset

I am ravi nandal from gurgaon and my mobile no is 9555130367. On 15-07 i submitted my micromax handset to shree sai telecom which is authorised service center in gurgaon. My phone was not working properly at that time. But after one month and 12 days i have not recevied any satisfied answer from service center. The behaviour of service center authority is also not good. My job sheet no is 371105.
