I have purchased a MICROMAX X505 handset in MARCH. After 3 days, I found the touch screen not working complitly. I have complaint that to the side office the same. He said, "I have sent the handset to MICROMAX CARE but new touch screen plat not avaliable. When new touch screen came, the MICROMAX CARE will be replaced with the old."
The MICROMAX policy that if NEW handset faulty we replace fully headset to NEW but this policy not applying here.
I SAY TO ALL INDIAN-DON'T TAKE ANY HENDSET OF MICROMAX MOBILE. HIS WARRANTY/GUARANTEE ARE THIRD CLASS.
