I had purchased a Mobile Handset X-600 FROM Micromax on 8/10. It is regrett to say that since then I have deposited the said mobile handset in authorised service centre of micromax but the problem of hanging and not searching of network is remain the same. I request to the incharge of UP (E) Mr. Abhishek who assure to check and replace the set. On 11/12 he returned the set saying that PCB of said handset has been changed but problem remain same. I contacted the Head office Gurgaon on their insturction the handset has been again collected on 13/12 by Mr. Abhishek the Branch Head of UP (E). Now I wish to say by this complaint that My handset may be replaced insteat of repairing because I could not use the same due to handset trouble. the Purchased receipt and the last deposit receipt of Handset is attached herewith.
